Bloody Mary Shrimp Cocktail with Remoulade Dipping Sauce
1 lb Large Or Jumbo Cooked Tail On Shrimp
1 C Bloody Mary Mix, I Used Spicy
2 T Pickle Juice
2 T Grainy Mustard
1/3 C Ketchup
1/3 C Mayonnaise
4 Celery Stalks, Including Leaves, Minced
•Marinate Shrimp in the Bloody Mary Mix, (reserve 2 T of the mix for the remoulade), for 15 to 30 minutes, any longer and they will get rubbery.
•In a bowl, combine, mayo, ketchup, mustard, celery, pickle juice and the 2 T Bloody Mary mix.
•Drain the Bloody Mary mix from the shrimp and arrange all on a platter.
•Garnish with anything you would put in a Bloody Mary, pickles, pickled mushrooms, olives, celery, capers, and peppers. Get Creative, there is no wrong garnish!
•Use the remainder of the mix to make yourself an actual Bloody Mary!
*1/4 C of Vodka can be added to the marinade for an adult only crowd.
