Marinated Chick Pea Salad

Super simple recipe that also can be made into a delicious pita sandwich.

4 14 oz cans of Chick Peas, Drained and Rinsed

1 Medium Sized Purple Onion, Minced

1/2 C of Parsley, Minced

1 C Red Wine Vinegar

1/2 C Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper

  • Combine all the ingredients and let sit for a couple of hours in the fridge.
