4 14 oz cans of Chick Peas, Drained and Rinsed
1 Medium Sized Purple Onion, Minced
1/2 C of Parsley, Minced
1 C Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 C Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
- Combine all the ingredients and let sit for a couple of hours in the fridge.
