My family is obsessed with these pickle, cream cheese salami bites.
They are so easy to make and you can also use ham or any deli meat of your choice instead of the salami. I also used dill pickles but people love the baby sweet pickles too!
Ingredients
3 16oz jars of baby kosher dill pickles
1 lb of salami sliced thin
2 packages of cream cheese softened
- Spread the cream cheese on each slice of salami making sure to cover the entire slice.
- Drain the pickles and place at pickle at the end of a slice of the cream cheese covered salami.
- Roll up tight.
- I place all the rolled slices in a Tupperware and refrigerate overnight.
- Slice the pickle roll ups into rounds and you can use a toothpick to hold each on in tact if needed.
Enjoy!
