    Benedictine Dip Benedictine Dip is a Kentucky Derby Classic. There are many versions of this dip and many are very traditional. This version of Benedictine Dip is my variation and it is simple to make and very delicious. Make this Benedictine dip with grated onion, grated cucumber and cream cheese. The dressing sold in the Chef’s Kitchen department which was their deli.
