A Decadent Weekend Treat Make Ahead Baked Ham and Cheese croissants are the weekend or holiday breakfast of your dreams. Layers of savory ham, creamy cheese like gruyere and brie, plus a tangy layer of hollandaise sauce are all baked up in buttery croissants and topped with poppy seeds and minced onions.
