Midwest Masterpiece If you’re a dedicated Tipsy follower then you probably know that I have a Wisconsin Supper Club Obsession. If you don’t know what a Wisconsin Supper Club is, you can read about their history on the Supper Club website. Of course everyone who knows about Supper Clubs knows that they are famous for their Brandy Old Fashioned Cocktail.
