Holiday Entertaining Hacks

If you’re like me, you like to make things nice, so you may be hesitant to just slap a plastic store bought tray in your holiday spread. But with these Hillshire® Snacking Social Platters you just flip and serve in their pretty divided tray. To make it extra elegant I like to dress up this store-bought time saver with a few holiday hacks using decor I have around the house. All you will need to get is a wooden cutting board, some holiday napkins, a few small holiday knick knacks and a little bit of “holiday fluff” like garland or other green and red holiday decor.

Let Me Walk You Through It

I like to use a pretty wooden cutting board, if you do not have a cutting board you can just use a pretty platter you have on hand as well. Next, I gather some holiday decor.

These cute little snowmen are perfect to spruce up my food board. They are small enough to fit with my Hillshire® Snacking Social Platter and the other decor.

Next, I find some extra garland that I have leftover from decorating. This really says “holiday” to me and we all have some of this laying around when we are done decorating.
