A Disney Fan Favorite, At Home This Wedge Salad is a copycat version of the one served at Disney’s Steakhouse 71 restaurant in the Contemporary Resort. The blue cheese dressing is made with a mix that can be found on Amazon and it also has crispy bacon, marinated onions, tomatoes, and hard boiled egg for a delicious salad that is a meal in itself.
