Magical Munchies: The Top Food Delights from My Disneyland Debut!
The Top 7 Foods You Have to Eat at Disneyland

Welcome to my list of the Best Disneyland Food! Embark on a culinary journey through the happiest place on earth.
Introducing my ultimate Disneyland dining countdown! From iconic classics to whimsical surprises, these are the best edible delights that turned my first visit into a foodie fairytale
My list is in no particular order because I loved all the food equally. I was quite surprised by how much I loved it compared to Disney World.
While I love a lot of the food at Disney World, the food at Disneyland had a fresher, more authentic flavor.

Warm, Chocolate Chip Cookies from Harbor Gallery, Critter Country, Disneyland Park
These warm, chocolate chip cookies are from Harbor Gallery located in Critter Country in Disneyland Park. I had heard about these cookies because they are a famous on social media.
Everyone was posting about them when they first came out and I knew I HAD to give them a try. They come in a 6 pack or a 13 pack.
The 13 pack was $12.49. It is my suggestion to mobile order them and schedule a pick up time near the end of the day so that you can bring them back to your hotel and enjoy them with a cup of coffee or a cold glass of milk at bedtime.
These were so good, I ordered some on my last day and brought them back to Chicago with me. A great tip is to bring a Ziploc bag or two with you to the park so that you can take home leftovers like these cookies, if needed.
It is important to note that Harbor Gallery closes earlier then some other spots in Disneyland and lines can get long. This is why it is important to mobile order.

Beef Birria Grilled Cheese from Jolly Holiday, Main Street USA, Disneyland Park
Birria Grilled Cheese from Jolly Holiday in Disneyland Park, Main Street USA is easily becoming an iconic snack at Disneyland.
This was the VERY FIRST food I ate upon entering Disneyland for the first time. Jolly Holiday is a Mary Poppins themed restaurant at Disneyland that has LOTS of delicious looking breakfast pastries as well.
The Beef Birria Toasted Cheese is $14.99 and it is made with with Pepper Jack, onion, cilantro and salsa verde on sourdough, served with consommé. I shared this with my friend and there was more than enough for us both.
I expected it to be good but it was in fact, GREAT. The meat was tender and flavorful and the consommé was also very flavorful and had a slow cooked flavor.

Chili Mango Whip from Tropical Hideaway, Adventureland, Disneyland Park
Adventureland is one of my favorite areas of both Magic Kingdom and now Disneyland. I love the smells and the snacks and the rides.
I have an obsession with the Jungle Cruise ride and absolutely love the spring rolls at the cart in Magic Kingdom. My friend Roxy is a Disneyland expert and she was insistent that I try this Chili Mango Dole Whip from The Tropical Hideaway in Adventureland.
The Chili Mango whip is $8.49 and has Pineapple and Mango Swirl DOLE Whip, Chamoy, Mango, and Chile-Lime Seasoning. It is very photo friendly.
The Tropical Hideaway is also a relaxing place to take a break. They had a bao I wanted to try but I will save that for next time.
May I suggest getting this whip and going to see the show in the Tiki Room just next door to Tropical Hideaway?

Garlic Cheesy Pretzel Bread from Maurice’s Treats in Fantasyland + Skewers from Bengal Barbecue in Adventureland at Disneyland Park
This snack is a total TikTok hack that my friend I was with taught me about. Maurice’s Treats in Fantasy Land sells this Garlic Cheesy Pretzel Bread that is delicious on it’s own but even better when combined with ANY of the skewers from Bengal Barbecue in Adventureland.
The garlic bread is a Pretzel Bread stuffed with Cheesy Garlic Spread it is $7.49. Mobile order any of the skewers from Bengal Barbecue, grab this bread, and then go pick up your skewer and add the meat to this bread.
All of the skewers from Bengal Barbecue are great. I ate here three times in 5 days!
My favorite was the Bengal Beef Skewer, which was a Beef Skewer in a sweet Zulu Sauce and was $6.99. This was one of my FAVORITE things I ate the whole week.

Monte Cristo from Cafe Orleans in New Orleans Square, Disneyland Park
That beauty in the picture above is the Monte Cristo from Cafe Orleans in New Orleans Square, Disneyland Park.
We happened upon this cafe to get out of an unexpected rain storm. The patio was covered and we decided to try to get a table on the walk up list.
We were seated in five minutes and were happy to see they also offered wine, beer, and hurricanes. We decided to have a snack and split this AMAZING Monte Cristo.
The Monte Cristo is battered and fried. It comes with sliced turkey, ham and Swiss with seasonal preserves and choice of Pommes Frites or Petite Salad all for $24.99.
Three of us were able to share this sandwich and a fourth could still have some. This was a real treat with a glass of wine and people watching while we waited out the rain.

The Cold Brew Black Caf from Docking Bay 7, Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge, Disneyland
The Cold Brew Black Caf from Docking Bay 7, Star Wars Galaxy’s edge, Disneyland was out of this world!
I have a confession: I have never seen a Star Wars movie, ever. Therefore I had no desire to visit Galaxy’s Edge at all when I was at Disneyland.
But… everyone was telling me about this cold brew and how I HAD to try it. Disney, in general, does not have very good coffee. I hate to say it, so I didn’t expect much but everyone INSISTED.
I was failing fast this day so i decided to hike over and give it a try. I am SO GLAD I did.
Not only was it the best coffee I ever had at a Disney park, it was one of the best coffees I have had anywhere. This drink is Cold Brew Coffee topped with Sweet Cream Cheese and Chocolate Puffs.
It is $7.49 and worth every penny. Be sure to mobile order this and pick it up.
The Star Wars area was also a peaceful and calming place to sit and catch your breath.

Taco trio from Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland, Disneyland Park
The Taco Trio at Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland, Disneyland Park is perfect for a nice quick service lunch with a beautiful patio. They had SO many food options I wanted to try.
I went with this taco trio and was NOT disappointed. It’s a trio of street tacos with beef, chicken and cauliflower served in corn tortillas with tomatillo sauce garnished with onions and cilantro served with Mexican Rice and Refried Beans.
I had 2 steak and 1 chicken. This was $13.99 and worth every penny.
Two could have easily shared this. With a drink, it was a nice lunch for under $20.
Also a beautiful spot to sit and relax and people watch plus they have a cold water bottle filler here!

Exceptional Food
I cannot say enough how much I enjoyed the food at Disneyland. I ate a million other things that were also delicious but my list here on Tipsy would be endless if I talked about all of it.
The churros were fantastic and the jalapeño cheese pretzel was delicious. I also has a ton of other refreshing drinks.
The food was pricier then Magic Kingdom but worth every penny. Be sure to make use of the mobile ordering option to save yourself while waiting in line.
You don’t have to feel guilty about all you eat because you will definitely walk it off! I cannot wait to go back and eat more!
