    I am a collector of vintage cookbooks and recipe binders. Some of my favorites are the church cookbooks that are a collection of old recipes collected from the members and printed and sold as a fundraiser.     I have been using my Instant Pot more often for two reasons. One, my Aunt recently purchased one and I know she will be looking for recipes and two, the busier I get with Tipsy, the less time I have.   • Chopped Steak With Grilled Onions

    Someone I know always orders the chopped steak at restaurants because he is afraid it will be taken off the menu and go extinct if people don’t order it.  I’m not exactly sure where the concern comes from, but clearly the dish evokes a memory for that person that he doesn’t want to see die.
