    I had an idea for this Asian Inspired Pasta Salad for a few weeks now and I spent some time sorting out the recipe in my head before actually creating it.  I knew I wanted this pasta salad to be slightly sweet and have super crunchy vegetables, but I wasn’t sure about the rest.     This past week I have been in beautiful Scottsdale, Arizona visiting my Aunt and Uncle.  It been an annual trip these last few years and every time I am here, to thank them, I cook them and their friends a five course meal.  Each year there is a different theme for the menu.   • Cleaning Up My Act ~ Take Out Menu Twist

    I am getting to the age where I love staying in as much, if not more, than going out.  One of our favorite Date Nights is to order in take out, curl up on the couch, and watch our favorite TV shows.  This USED to be a money saver as well.  I don’t know about you, but the last time I had Asian Take Out delivered to my door, the bill was over $40!
