Comfort Food With Pizzazz There are meatballs with pasta, and then there are Creamy Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Meatballs With Ditalini. This is definitely the latter. Tender ground chicken and mild Italian sausage meatballs are slowly browned in butter and simmered in a tomato sauce with vodka, sun-dried tomato pesto, and marinated artichoke hearts. At the very end, I add more butter and heavy cream before tossing everything with little ditalini pasta.
