    The Salmon Toast From Maison Marcel, Lakeview, Chicago I was invited to a Tipsy Business Meeting by a fellow Instagrammer and we decided on Maison Marcel as our meeting place.  It was my first time here and I can tell you with most certainty, that it wont be my last.  My companion and I decided to order two of their Toast Dishes to share.     Travel Wisconsin ran a commercial a few years back about the Wisconsin Supper Club and The Old Fashioned Cocktail.
