I received my Imperfect Produce order late last night and included was a beautiful Acorn Squash and a couple of equally as gorgeous Russet Potatoes. Stuffing Waffles, they are a thing, trust me. I am all for giving credit where credit is due, but for the life of me I cannot remember where I saw this idea for the first time.
