    This year I was given the privilege of a Media Pass to attend Chicago Gourmet presented by Bon Appetit.  This incredible festival has been taking place in Chicago’s iconic Millenium Park for ten years!  If you aren’t familiar, it is a food fest like no other. Famous Chef’s, upscale food samples, cocktails, and the wine, oh my gosh, the wine. Besides the food and booze, there is live entertainment, photo booths, giveaways and plenty of comfortable places to  sit, relax and enjoy the scene.   • Grab & Go Apple Cranberry Sangria Jars

    Cranberry Apple Cider Sangria 1 C of Apple Juice or Cider (juice boxes can even be used) 1 C of Cranberry Juice 1 C Vodka 1 Bottle of Cheap Red Wine (the cheaper the better) 2 C of Frozen or Fresh Fruit (any fruit can be used, I used apples, and frozen peaches and frozen blueberries) 1 T of Cinnamon  Mix all the ingredients in a jug and enjoy!     So the official end of Summer is drawing near. In the fashion world this means the end of wearing white and in the world of debauchery it’s the end of frozen drinks.
