Buffalo BBQ Chicken Tenders
Tangy and Tasty Chicken Goodness
I was making a crockpot meal for dinner tonight and I didn’t anticipate it taking as long as it did. This left me scrambling for something to make for dinner.
I had some boneless, skinless chicken tenders that were defrosted and have had chicken wings on my mind so I decided to make some BBQ Buffalo Chicken Tenders for dinner.
Wait a second, I said I needed to make something quick and easy, didn’t I? Aren’t chicken wings a bit of a hassle?
Maybe made the usual way, but if you’re not too strict about your easy chicken wings, then I’ve got a great recipe for you.
These Buffalo BBQ Chicken Tenders took no time at all to prepare and very few ingredients.
You can just imagine they’re boneless wings. Do boneless wings count as wings? I’l let you hammer out that debate in the comments.
The full recipe card with all of the ingredients and instructions is at the end of this post, but first I’ve got some pictures to help guide you when gathering the ingredients and preparing the tenders.
Getting Saucy
You can use your preferred Buffalo and BBQ sauces. You can see here that I use the Moore’s brand, so obviously I think that’s a great option.
You’ll also see the recipe calls for corn starch. If you haven’t made chicken tenders with corn starch yet, it’s time to level up your tender game.
You will also need a Ziploc bag, cookie sheet covered in tin foil, and a skillet to make this recipe. The steps are easy.
They’re listed out in the recipe card, but you can see them illustrated in the following images.
These tenders make a great snack, dinner, or treat while watching football.
If you do not like things spicy you can use any sauce of your choice. Kids and adults alike will love this dish and you will love the easy recipes.
I hope you enjoy!
