After School Soup

This After School Soup is a nutritious and delicious soup that will warm up the kids and cure their hunger. This is also a delicious soup that is a great for a work from home lunch. Serve this soup with a delicious salad or sandwich, some fresh bake bread or a loaded baked potato for an easy and complete dinner idea!

Easier Than Homemade

Typically I make my own bone broth and it takes 24 hours. I was recently asked to collaborate with this brand that sells at Whole Foods and I was very happy with how it tastes and the ingredients. It definitely saved me some time in the kitchen. I love to use A LOT of fresh dill in this soup. It adds such great flavor to the soup. If dill isn’t your thing, or you are afraid the kids won’t be into it, you can omit it.

How About A Sandwich

A great sandwich to make with this soup is my Super Sub Sandwich. You can get the recipe by clicking here. I also think my Tuna Salad Sandwich is also a pretty great pairing for this soup.
