Copycat Steakhouse 71 Wedge Salad
A Disney Fan Favorite, At Home

This Wedge Salad is a copycat version of the one served at Disney’s Steakhouse 71 restaurant in the Contemporary Resort. The blue cheese dressing is made with a mix that can be found on Amazon and it also has crispy bacon, marinated onions, tomatoes, and hard boiled egg for a delicious salad that is a meal in itself.
I go to Steakhouse 71 in Disney’s Contemporary Resort almost every time I go to Disney World. The reason I go is for this salad.
It is one of the best salads I have ever had. The secret is the dressing and I think that I finally nailed the dressing recipe after discovering Uncle Dan’s Dressing mix on Amazon. *This is an Amazon affiliate link which means I get a small commission from Amazon if you use this link. This is no extra cost to you.*
A follower told me about this dressing mix and I was not disappointed when I tried it. (More on that later)
This Copycat Steakhouse 71 Wedge Salad is a meal in itself. It does have two ingredients that should be prepped ahead of time, but these are easy to prep and will take the salad to the next level.
You are going to love the marinated onions. The onions can be used on anything and are even delicious on their own.
Feed Your Onion Addiction

My friend kept talking last week about a hot dog with kraut and onions. I knew when I got home I needed to make my German Style Hot Dogs and these marinated onions and serve them together.
You will make these onions for the salad and then you can make that delicious hot dog dinner. I love a good hot dog meal lol!
The onions are super simple to throw together. You want to make sure all the onions are submerged in the vinegar.
Reminder that you do not need to add salt to these onions since the seasoned rice vinegar has sodium.

Everyone’s Favorite Uncle
Well, Tipsy is at it again… making you buy more magical powders from Amazon. These little packets are wonderful for making blue cheese dressing.
I linked this product up above in the intro. You do have to buy a box of 12 packets, but trust me, once you make this dressing, you will want more.
Uncle Dan does have his own website that I believe you can also purchase from. You can also check that website for retailers that sell his products.
This is not a sponsored post. A follower told me about this stuff and it is as magical as she promised.
I do feel like you need to add crumbled blue cheese to it. I also make the packets differently than the directions on the packet state, so pay attention to the steps in the recipe card, not on Uncle Dan’s packet.
You can also just use your favorite blue cheese dressing for this salad, but I would still add the extra blue cheese crumble.
I do recommend trying this dressing mix at some point, regardless. The dressing is drinkable and just reminds me so much of Steakhouse 71.
