Choose Your Turkey Wisely
I got all of my ingredients for this recipe from Aldi for about twelve dollars. One of the ingredients was their oven roasted turkey thats already sliced in the deli section. The variety I used is LINKED HERE. I liked this brand because the slices were not too thin and not too thick. Aldi has several varieties of turkey deli meat to choose from. I would just be careful not to choose the very processed one they sell in the small packages. One thing to note, my dish came out delicious, but if you like MORE turkey, double up your turkey before you roll the stuffing inside.

Instant Stuffing For The Win
To keep this recipe for Turkey Roll Ups with Creamy Gravy easy and affordable, I used two boxes of this instant stuffing from Aldi, which I personally find delicious. If you prefer to make your own stuffing, here is my recipe for my Classic Stuffing. My stuffing recipe is delicious and fairly easy, but to keep it simple, give this stuffing a try!

Ingredients
- 2 Boxes of Instant Turkey Stuffing +the butter the box calls for to prepare

- 1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 10.5 ounces of milk
- Dried Parsley
- Black Pepper
- Poultry Seasoning
Instructions
- Prepare your boxed stuffing according to the package directions. Let cool slightly.
- Remove your turkey slices from the package and spread out on a flat surface. I worked in batches.
- Add about 2 to 3 tablespoons of the prepared stuffing to the end of each slice of turkey deli meat. Tuck and roll the stuffing into the turkey slice. Repeat until you used up all your turkey slices, be sure to reserve about 1 to 1.5 cups of the prepared stuffing.
- Place the turkey rolls into a baking dish, they can be placed fairly close together. Make sure you spray the baking pan with non stick spray.
- In a bowl, add your can of soup, the milk, and season to taste the parsley, black pepper and poultry seasoning. I use about a tablespoon of parsley, 1/2 tablespoon of poultry seasoning and a few shakes of black pepper. Whisk until this is well combined and creamy and pour over your turkey roll ups.
- Spread the remainder of the stuffing across the top of the baking dish. This can be in a crumble pattern, It does not have to be spread densely. Just sprinkle it all over the top.
- Dot the top with the four tablespoons of butter and then add a sprinkle of the seasonings to the top.
- Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes, or until the gravy is bubbling and the top is crispy and golden brown.
- Serve with creamy mashed potatoes and the gravy from the baking dish.
