Easy Chicken Parmesan Sub Sandwiches
A Classic Pizzeria Staple Made Easy

These Easy Chicken Parmesan Sub Sandwiches make a great weeknight dinner. They’re so easy to cook and even easier to serve.
You probably already have all the ingredients on hand for this recipe. I also make these Easy Chicken Parmesan Sub Sandwiches when I am having a party.
I keep the filling warm in the crockpot and pop them in and out of the air fryer as people want to eat them. The full and printable recipe is below, but first a couple tips.

Extra Prep Time, Extra Fancy
If you have some extra time, you can feel free to get even fancier. While there’s already garlic and oil in the recipe, you could make some proper garlic bread to contain the chicken parm if you’d like.
This will take extra time and may be tough if you’re planning to serve a lot of people but it can take things to the next level if you’re able.
Serving Alternatives
If you’ve got a taste for chicken parmesan but you don’t want to eat with your hands, there’s always the option to serve the mixture over pasta.
Want to enjoy these tastes with fewer carbs? Consider serving over slices of roasted eggplant instead.

This is one of those recipes that is foolproof.
I do not give measurements for the seasonings because you should taste and season to your liking. Start with a little, let it cook in, then taste and add more if more is needed.
This is a great way to figure out how to season your food in general.
