Bacon Cheeseburger Stuffed Mushrooms
The Star of the Party

These shrooms are a perfect appetizer that will make all your party guests happy. Made with crisp bacon, juicy ground beef, creamy Swiss cheese, and a box of savory herbed stove top stuffing, these Bacon Cheeseburger Stuffed Mushrooms are not only delicious but super easy to make.
This recipe makes about 24 medium sized stuffed mushrooms. I freeze half the filling to stuff mushrooms with later and I also use this filling to make stuffed chicken or pork chops.
If you really wanted to, you could make a full three course meal with this filling!

Choose Your Cheese
I use Swiss cheese when I make this recipe but you can really use any cheese that you prefer. Cheddar is another great cheese for this Bacon Cheeseburger Stuffed Mushroom recipe.
I like to make my mushrooms to where they are crispy on top, but another option is to bake a little bit of cheese on top after you stuff the mushrooms.

Bacon Makes It Better
I like to dice my bacon very small for this recipe. This way it gets super crispy.
You also want to make it small so that you get the perfect bite every time you pop a stuffed mushroom into your mouth. I used just a few slices of bacon for my recipe, but you can use more or less if you prefer.
You can also put a bacon crumble on the top of these mushrooms for some extra texture and salty flavor.

Make It Today, Save It For Later
I usually am only cooking for two, but I still make this full recipe, save the filling, and freeze it to stuff more mushrooms later. I also have used this filling to stuff pork chops or chicken.
You can also top chicken breasts or chops with this filling and bake it off in an oven with some creamy soup on top for yet another great one pan meal.
Speaking of which, if you love one pan meals, I have this great recipe for a Chicken Cordon Blue Casserole.
