Bacon Wrapped Pickle Dippers

Bacon wrapped pickle dippers are a great appetizer for football watching and also make the perfect party food. What I love about these bacon wrapped pickle dippers is that they can be assembled ahead of time and baked the next day when you are ready to serve. I love making the Hidden Valley Ranch packet of ranch to dip these in. You can also use any dip of your choice or just eat them on their own.

Addictive and Delicious

The only problem with these delicious bites is that they are so delicious, they disappear fast. When I make them for a party, I make two batches. I bake one off then bake the other batch off when the first ones disappear. These are also a great topping for burgers or sliders. They add great taste and texture. If you love bacon another great recipe that I make with bacon is my Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato Pasta Salad. This BLT Pasta salad is one of the most popular recipes on my Tik Tok and Instagram.

Use A Baking Rack

The easiest way to make these is on a baking rack with a sheet pan underneath. This helps the bacon grease drain while cooking. If you do not have a baking rack, do not fret, you can bake them on a lined baking sheet, you will just need to drain the pickle dippers on some paper towels after they are done cooking.
