Crispy Pepperoni and Blue Cheese Flatbread with Honey Drizzle
Quick and Easy Meal Idea With Gourmet Flavors

This Crispy Pepperoni and Blue Cheese Flatbread with Honey Drizzle is a flavor-packed flatbread. It combines the bold, savory punch of blue cheese with the rich, nutty notes of Gruyère, all melted over a base of zesty marinara sauce.
I picked up all the ingredients for this meal in one easy shopping trip. Topped with perfectly crisped pepperoni and baked on an Aldi flatbread for a golden, crunchy crust, this dish is finished with a light drizzle of honey to balance the salty, smoky flavors and make the pepperoni pop.
It’s an easy yet gourmet-inspired meal that’s perfect for sharing or keeping all to yourself!
More Of A Shopping List Than A Recipe
To make this Crispy Pepperoni and Blue Cheese Flatbread with Honey Drizzle I put together a list of my favorite toppings. I realize that this recipe is more of an Aldi shopping list than a recipe but we all need some meal ideas that are not overly complicated.
This recipe comes together by simply knowing the right ingredients to buy and assemble, much like my TikTok Ramen recipe or my Picnic Sandwich. I swear that my TikTok Ramen recipe is still one of the most clicked on recipes on this site, so it seems like some people like these easy recipes!
I am going to share some of the products I use for this recipe. I keep these ingredients on hand for quick dinners when needed.
This is not to say that you cannot use any brands you like. I’m just sharing some of the stuff I get specifically at Aldi since I get asked a lot on my Tipsy Facebook Page for Aldi recommendations.

Meet Your Toppings
These are three of the items I get for this Crispy Pepperoni and Blue Cheese Flatbread.
This cup and crisp pepperoni was at Aldi the last time I was there. Many other stores carry it as well.
This gruyere cheese and this blue cheese crumble is on regular rotation that I buy to keep on hand. I like the gruyere for this recipe as it melts beautifully and adds a nutty flavor to this flatbread.
I also love the blue cheese as a regular item to keep on hand. It has great flavor and adds some saltiness.
The cheeses are found in the “gourmet cheese section” at Aldi. I found the pepperoni in the aisle near the marinara sauce and pasta.

Artistic and Flat
This Stone Baked Artisan Flatbread is in the bakery section at the Aldi by me. I love how it bakes up to a cracker like crust on the bottom and then the top is still soft and tender.
I have frozen these and they thaw really well. Buy a few to keep in your freezer.

Don’t Tell My Secret
The marinara pictured above from Aldi is something I keep at least 4 jars around at all times. I seriously would not be surprised if the same manufacturer that makes the Rao’s marinara makes this marinara as well.
I use this as a base for a lot of my recipes. It is especially good in my famous Vodka Sauce recipe.

Pretty Self Explanatory
You will see from the recipe card that this is pretty self explanatory. I’m sharing the above picture for those that need a little more clarification on how the flatbread should look going into the oven.
I also sometimes top this with capers and very thinly sliced red onions.

This looks like a very Yummy 😋💯, recipe. But, if you don’t like the blue cheese crumble, in this recipe what could replace that ingredient, please.
